Description

Toro’s sensor technology is used on commercial sites and world-class golf courses around the world. The new technology reduces water consumption by continuously measuring the moisture content in the soil and activating the irrigation controller only when needed. This optimises the performance of the irrigation system. Communication between the sensor probe and the receiver is wireless. With a wireless range of up to 152.4m, installation requires no trenching. NOTE: The soil sensor can only be used in combination with Smart Connect. Up to 3 soil sensors can be controlled with the Smart Connector.

The TORO Irrigation Package

The package includes a sensor for electrical control units, as well as a tool for radio transmission.
