Order Description

1. Select a product from our extensive range. You can find the desired article by selecting a product category or an area of application, by entering various filter functions or by entering the product name / product number in the search field set up for this purpose, top right. By clicking on the “Learn more” button, you will be taken to the product detail page, where you can find more detailed information.

2. Once you have decided on a product, click on the “Add to cart” button. For selected products you can choose in advance between several product variants. However, the order has not yet been sent to us. The selected product is only in the so-called shopping cart.

3. The link to the shopping cart is located on the right in the main navigation. Here you can see which products you have already selected.

4. In the shopping cart you have the possibility to change the order quantity. To the left of the product image, you can remove the selected items from the shopping cart. You also have the option to change the quantity. After changing the order quantity, you must click on the button “Update shopping cart” to get the correct price displayed. The next step in the ordering process you start with a click on the button “Proceed to checkout”.

5. Now you will be asked to enter your invoice details, as well as to select the desired payment method. If you have already opened a customer account in our webshop, your data will be filled in beforehand. To do this, log in with your e-mail address and password. If you are not a registered customer, your data must be filled in for the first time. You have the possibility to open a new customer account in this step.

6. Select whether you want your delivery to be sent to the billing address or to another address. If a different delivery address is required, enter the necessary data for shipping.

7. Select the payment method you want. For credit card payments, enter the card number, expiration date and security code.

8. In the right area you will again see an overview of your order. Check the order data again at this point. If you want to change something in the order options, you can do this by clicking on “Back to shopping cart”.

9. Now you should still read through the terms and conditions and the cancellation policy. By ticking the box you agree to the terms and conditions.

10. To complete your order click on the button “Order with costs”. Your order will be transmitted to us and you will receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt with the compilation of your order and your data for delivery.
