Rely on the manufacturer's warranty
The majority of our products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty (except for wear parts and individual exceptions for commercial use). The exact warranty period can be found in the product details or can be obtained from our customer service. Prochaska does not grant any further warranty beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.

Our team will be happy to take care of your warranty concerns at the showroom in the 21st district of vienna and the expert mechanics will quickly fix your problems. Most spare parts are in stock and will be installed immediately. Thus, the device is ready for use again in the shortest possible time.

Toro Warranty Notice
For products intended for residential use, Toro provides a limited commercial warranty for commercial use. Exceptions apply to professional walk-behind mowers. Here, a limited commercial warranty of 12 months applies for commercial use. The affected models are marked accordingly on our website.
Limited warranty for 5 years or 1,2001 hours of operation for the GrandStand® and most Z Master® Series mowers (limited warranty for 4 years or 4001 hours of operation for other Z Master models), with a 2-year professional engine warranty2 and a limited lifetime warranty on the frame.3
Limited warranty for 2 years2 for mid-size walk-behind mowers
Limited commercial warranty for one year for handheld professional mower (53 cm) (limited warranty for 2 years for 53cm professional models).

Lifetime Frame Warranty: If the main frame, which consists of the welded parts that make up the tractor structure to which other components, including the engine, are attached, cracks or breaks during normal use, it will be repaired or replaced under warranty at no charge (no material or labor charges). Frame failure due to abuse or non-ongoing repairs required due to rust or corrosion is not covered.
