The following shipping costs apply to the shipping of the products in our online shop:

• Free delivery from an order value of € 100,- (incl. 20% VAT).
• Under € 100,- (incl. 20% VAT) shipping costs of € 7,50 (incl. 20% VAT)

The shipping costs are displayed in your order overview and in the shopping cart.

If a shipment is made in several partial deliveries, the shipping costs will only be charged once.

The products will be delivered from our warehouse to the delivery address you specify. The delivery times are indicated on the product detail page without obligation. These usually amount to 2 to 7 working days from receipt of the order by Prochaska. In the case of a complete delivery, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.

Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be by parcel service or freight forwarding. All items that cannot be classified as parcel service will be delivered by our forwarding agent. You will be contacted by telephone to arrange a delivery date.

Delivery of assembled machines
You have the option of ordering some of our items fully assembled. In these cases, our trained mechanics will take care of the assembly. The service also includes the filling of the engine oil. All assembled units are delivered by forwarding agent.

Click & Collect
Online orders that are collected from our location in Vienna, Floridsdorf will be ready for collection on the next working day at the latest. If you need your goods earlier, please feel free to contact us.

According to the Distance Selling Act, consumers have the right to return the ordered goods within 14 days without giving reasons. You can find more information about this in our cancellation policy.

In any case, the customer has to pay the costs of the return. Parcels can be sent by any parcel service (e.g. Post, DPD, DHL). For larger items, we will gladly arrange a return shipment with our forwarding agent upon request. We will pass on the costs for this to you without surcharge. These amount to approximately € 60 (incl. VAT) and will be deducted from your return transfer. If your return transfer amount is less than the return costs, you will be charged the difference.

In the event of a return, please enclose the completed sample cancellation form with your shipment! Please note that you must provide your bank details for the return transfer.

You are also welcome to bring your return in person to our TORO Centre in Vienna Floridsdorf.

Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins with the reception of the cancellation declaration or the goods.
