Credit card
In our online shop you can pay directly by credit card. We accept Mastercard, VISA and American Express. In the order process, select credit card as the payment method on the checkout page. You will be asked to enter your credit card details. The following data are required: card number, check digit and period of validity.
SOFORT
SOFORT is one of the online direct transfer processes and works on the basis of online banking. It is a direct transfer which, as the name suggests, takes place immediately.
This is how it works
Simply select SOFORT Überweisung as a payment option in our online shop. You will then be automatically forwarded to the secure payment form. The transfer details are automatically transferred, you just have to enter the sort code of your bank and your usual online banking access data. Finally, you approve the transfer with a TAN. The data is encrypted and transmitted to your bank. We receive a real-time confirmation of your payment and can therefore deliver your goods quickly.

PayPal
In our online shop, we also enable you to pay via PayPal. With the online payment service PayPal you can pay securely, easily and quickly in online shops.

Cash on pickup
You are also welcome to pick up your goods on site (Prochaska, 1210 Vienna, Pilzgasse 31). Items in stock can be picked up the next working day at the latest. If you need your goods earlier, please feel free to contact us.
Payment on site is due immediately and can be made either in cash or with an ATM card.
Prepayment
With the prepayment option, the invoice amount must be transferred to us before payment is received. As soon as the amount arrives in our bank account, your order will be processed.
